Pigeon Update

Posted on February 28, 2015 by onedogrunning

DSC_0022The first pair of squabs are now almost fully feathered at 17 days old. I’m glad their unique coloring will make them easy to identify. I’ve been observing my birds and I’m now pretty confident that I’ve got nine cocks and only four hens. No wonder there’s so much fighting!

About Us

We are a micro-rabbitry located on beautiful Vancouver Island, BC.

Our rabbits are raised outdoors with lots of fresh air, sunlight and good fresh food. We currently specialize in custom-bred meat hybrids. We breed primarily for meat, but also for pets and manure.

We also raise chickens, honeybees, Muscovy ducks, homing pigeons, japanese ricefish, fancy guppies and rare and unusual plants. Feel free to take a look around and contact us if you have any questions!
